Abby Ng'ang'a

Abigail is currently a freshman at Roosevelt High School, where she is an active member of multiple clubs like Model UN and BSU playing leadership roles in all her activities. Abigail moved to Seattle Washington in the fall of 2023 from Kenya, where she lived for 14 years of her life. She has always loved being in nature, but  has become even more passionate about protecting it, when she moved to the US. In her time of being in the US, Abigail has learned to balance her leadership roles with learning roles. Where in some cases she is a leader and strong advocate for causes she believes in, and in others she is among the crowd of learners. Being an active member of Model UN has made her a global citizen, and sharpened her problem solving skills through countless debates on global matters and with her mind set on being a future diplomat, she strives and ensures to bring awareness of current issues and create solutions for them.
