Anika Prabakar

Anika is a current junior at Olympia High School. Born and raised in Washington, she loves taking long walks on colder afternoons with her dog. She is currently part of her school's Science club, and is passionate about providing STEM opportunities for underserved youth, as well as learning about state legislation. Anika is currently the Speaker the House for the YMCA's youth and government program in the Washington Chapter, and is establishing a mentorship program for high-schoolers in Washington where they will be provided with resources for their career in the STEM field. She is passionate about being a leader in Sustainability as she loves spreading awareness about global climate issues currently impacting our world and, and strives to make a difference in the future by educating our community on how to live a more sustainable life.
