Circe Allen is a passionate leader in sustainability, combining technology and engineering to develop and share new solutions. In 2021, she launched Issaquah’s first Digital Environmental Conference and founded the Issaquah Sustainability Fair to create new community events.

As the President and Founder of the Issaquah High School Innovations & Technology Club and the electrical lead in the Issaquah Robotics Society, she leads with the principles of sustainability and innovation. As a member of the City Youth Board and Technology Committee, she actively participates in discussions about policy and technology to improve sustainability efforts.

Circe is also committed to inspiring others, having spoken at over 10 local schools about STEM and environmental science. Her outreach programs have helped increase STEM club participation in the Issaquah School District by 30%. Outside of science and engineering, she enjoys art and finds creative ways to make complex topics easy to understand for people of all ages. Through her work, she strives to make sustainability a part of everyday life for everyone.
