Ela Hanif

Ela Hanif (she/her) is a part of the Class of 2027, a freshman at Lake Washington Highschool. She is an active member of the green team, key club, and BETA club at her school. Outside of school, Ela enjoys supporting her community, she has been volunteering at the International Children’s Friendship Festival (ICFF) and the Turkfest organized by the Turkish-American Community Association of Washington (TACAWA). Her dedication and passion to a healthier and more energy sufficient life has drawn her to join Sustainability Ambassadors in the Fall of 2023. Ela enjoys keeping her body healthy and active by working out and being mindful of what is being put into her body. She spends her free time playing bass guitar and ice skating. In conclusion, Ela’s journey as a freshman at Lake Washington Highschool is marked by her active engagement in school clubs, community service, and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
