Ady has over 15 years of human resources experience working in tech and non tech sectors where she implemented HR strategies that support business objectives and growth. She spearheads diversity and inclusion initiatives, setting an example with cutting-edge best practices in inclusive recruitment, talent development, and pathways to fair career opportunities. Ady holds a bachelor's and MBA degree and is committed to lifelong learning as she believes that education is a catalyst for positive transformation. She believes in community and enjoys volunteering with nonprofit organizations that help those in need.

As a mom of two kids, she strongly believes in Service Learning with digital twist, so we all feel empowered to use technology to make meaningful impact. She wants to help amplify student impact so it can reach far beyond the classroom walls and create a greener, more resilient future.

Her desire to be a coach stems from a deep-rooted commitment to environmental stewardship and a belief in the potential of young leaders. By mentoring Student Ambassadors, she hopes to foster collaboration, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility toward our planet.

She currently serves as “Advocacy Chairperson” on the Odle Middle School PTSA Board and is also helping the Bellevue School District Sustainability Committee. In her free time, she enjoys meeting friends, watching her kids play sports or listening to a good podcast.
