Every summer, student leaders convene for a sustainable systems “thought experiment.” We forecast what it would be like to achieve 100% sustainability in our own communities by the year 2050 then we backcast to identify actions we can take today. The new normal of heat waves and record floods, demands that we summon both the courage and the creativity to imagine significant structural and personal changes. Now.
