About the Event

SPRING FOCUS: Impact Storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and how to design a classroom or school-wide Climate Action Plan. Whether you are an experienced climate educator or newly curious about how to get started, this is the place to be for developing in-depth, locally relevant, action oriented curriculum design. Join our ongoing PBL series to integrate your City’s Climate Action Plan as a Local Living Textbook across the curriculum with a focus on localized phenomenon, inquiry, student agency, and a solutions mind-set. Every season throughout the year, we convene teachers from middle school through community college, student leaders, and subject matter experts from industry, government, and nonprofit sectors to immerse ourselves in the next steps of integrating academic standards with the real-time community performance measures of your city or county’s Climate Action Plan. Sign up for the series. Form a school team or bring your professional learning community. Invite your most passionate students. Our work in rapidly advancing a sustainable future is intergenerational.
